- If a booking needs to be canceled or modified, you must contact us as early as possible to improve the chances of getting a refund.
- Refund amounts vary depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made and are subject to the refund policy of the respective airline, hotel, or tour operator.

3. Service Charges
Any service fees charged by MH Holidays for booking or processing are non-refundable, even if the actual booking amount is refunded by the provider.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once the cancellation and refund process is initiated, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on the provider, bank, and payment gateway, the refund may take 7 to 30 business days or more.
